[Notice] Response to Google Play Games Linking Issues & Upcoming Improvements

 

Hello, Architects.

 

First, we sincerely apologize to all of you who have experienced significant inconvenience due to the Google Play Games linking errors and account migration issues following the Region Integration.

 

Regarding the Google Play Games linking and account migration issues currently affecting some players, we would like to provide temporary measures for stable gameplay, along with details on upcoming updates.

Accounts that were previously linked only to Google Play Games in the original region will undergo a re-migration process.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the steps below to proceed with account linking.

 

① Download the ‘previous’ Global Mobile Build (not the integrated build) via the link below from the Google Play Store

 * For GB Mobile App users: http://play.withhive.com/r?c=13590

② After installing the ‘previous’ Global Mobile Build, log in with your Google Play Games account and proceed with additional linking via Hive or Google

 * In-game path: ≡ (Menu) > Settings > Account → Select [Link with Hive] or [Link with Google]

 

​※ IMPORTANT

- If your account was previously linked only to Google Play Games, migration can be completed using this method.

- For the integrated build, please choose only one linking method: Hive or Google.

- The Hive or Google account you newly link must not have been previously used to log in or linked within the integrated build.

 

③ Once steps ① and ② are completed, please access the integrated build after the re-migration maintenance has concluded.

 * Maintenance for this process will be conducted, and the schedule will be announced separately.

 * This process is intended to migrate data up to Mar. 12, and any additional gameplay progress made in the ‘previous’ Global Mobile Build will not be migrated.

 * Please refrain from logging into the integrated build with the newly linked Hive or Google account until an official notice is provided.

 

The issue preventing installation of the PC version has been resolved, and we are prioritizing efforts to quickly stabilize Google Play Games account linking for a smoother gameplay experience.

 

We are also carefully reviewing all the feedback shared by many of you following the Region Integration.

 

To help prevent server overcrowding and allow new players to choose a server that better matches their preferences, we are reviewing various improvements—including a feature that lets newly created accounts select their starting server. We kindly ask for your understanding.

We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as more details are confirmed.
