First of all, we sincerely apologize to all of you for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the various issues 

that occurred following the Region Integration.

We are taking all of the concerns you have raised very seriously, and we would like to transparently share the current

situation following the Region Integration and our direction moving forward.

■ Regarding Account Migration and Linkage Issues

The account migration was carried out according to pre-tested procedures; however, after the integration, we confirmed

that unexpected issues occurred with some accounts.

As soon as the issue was identified, we initiated an emergency response with the relevant teams and have been working to determine the cause and recovery methods. However, since this is not an issue that can be resolved solely through the game server or client, and requires multiple processes such as platform linkage and account verification to proceed

together, recovery has not been progressing as quickly as we would like.

As the recovery process continues to be delayed, we also feel that progress has not been fast enough.

We can only imagine how frustrating this must be for you, and we sincerely apologize.

We are treating this issue as our highest priority and are doing everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding for a little longer.

■ Regarding Accounts Starting on New Servers After Region Integration

As you may already know, STARSEED: ASNIA TRIGGER was launched in Korea, Global, and Japan in sequence,

resulting in differences not only in start times but also in accumulated updates and systems.

In particular, the Korea and Global servers include Proxyans and progression ranges that were released earlier than in

the Japan server, making it difficult to immediately integrate all regions into a single environment while maintaining 

the existing competitive balance.

At the same time, with a decline in new player inflow, maintaining a fully separated regional structure would inevitably 

impact the operation of content where player population is essential, such as competitive modes like Arena and Ranking, 

as well as guild-related content.

Taking these factors into consideration, we adjusted new player inflow based on the integrated region so that both those

who have continued to play STARSEED: ASNIA TRIGGER and those who are newly joining can maintain at least a 

baseline level of competitive balance and gameplay environment.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by not sharing this background in advance.

After resolving the account-related issues as a priority, we will prepare an update that allows you to select or change your starting server from the title screen.

■ Regarding Optimization

We have identified that some of you have experienced optimization issues in certain environments following

the Region Integration.

Based on our analysis, the increased load appears to be higher than expected due to a combination of factors, including

the more complex integrated build—featuring additional content compared to the previous Korea and Global builds—and

the increased number of Proxyans owned by long-time players.

For now, ahead of a full optimization update for the integrated build, we are prioritizing improvements by reducing 

unnecessary data. We will continue refining performance through future updates to ensure a more stable and smoother

gameplay experience.

■ Regarding Translation

We are also fully aware of the feedback you have recently shared regarding translations, especially from those of you 

who enjoy STARSEED: ASNIA TRIGGER’s story.

In addition to the issues you have reported, we will continue to improve the overall quality of translations. As we worked 

to deliver the integrated service within a short timeframe, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding some areas where the translations may currently be lacking.

■ Our Plans Moving Forward

We are currently treating the account issues as our top priority, while simultaneously assessing the scope of impact and 

analyzing the root causes to prevent recurrence.

As of Mar. 17, 9:39 AM PDT / 4:39 PM UTC, a notice has been provided regarding the issues identified so far,

and we will continue to share any additional findings as quickly as possible.

[Notice] Response to Google Play Games Linking Issues & Upcoming Improvements

While the development team is doing everything we can to maintain the service under more challenging circumstances 

than before, we are fully aware that this does not justify the inconvenience you have experienced.

We do not take the current situation lightly, and we are addressing each issue step by step,

starting with what can be resolved first.

Moving forward, we will prioritize server stabilization, resolving account and login issues, fixing critical errors,

and making improvements that directly impact gameplay.
