This is GM Tia from Light of the Stars, here to provide a notice on the issue of incomplete rewards for the pre-registration since May 2nd.

Below are the details:

【Pre-registration Rewards】

Issue:
① Due to a systemic error, pre-registration rewards were not distributed.

Improvements:
① We extended the period for pre-registration reward distribution and have provided the missing rewards to commanders who didn't receive them initially.
② In addition to pre-registration rewards, we have also sent additional rewards to new commanders via in-game mail.

【Criteria for Distribution】

During the period of the error, there were too many accounts that were newly created but not used or discarded, so it was not feasible to retroactively apply rewards to all accounts.
Therefore, we decided to apply the retroactive rewards only to accounts that are deemed to be actively used by new players. However, we understand that the criteria for determining activation may be somewhat strict, so those excluded from the criteria will be compensated individually through customer support.

We apologize for not being able to proceed more smoothly with broader conditions.

For details on the criteria for reward distribution, please refer to the following:
▶ Accounts created after 04/26 (Servers 1-9) / after 05/09 (Server 10)
▶ Accounts with at least one login record within the last 7 days.
▶ Accounts that have reached level 10.
※ Rewards have been distributed via mail as of 18:00 (KST) today to new commanders who meet all of the above conditions.
※ Commanders who did not receive rewards due to not meeting the above conditions are requested to contact customer support, and we will compensate them individually.

Although we have already notified through a previous announcement, we have reconfigured the rewards so that new commanders who join our service in the future can receive them.

We will continue to do our best to ensure that new commanders can enjoy the game without inconvenience and that more commanders can enjoy Light of the Stars.
