Hello, commanders!

This is Tia, the GM of Light of the Stars, here to address the various issues that many commanders have been actively reporting.

As promised, we have compiled a list of confirmed issues to provide you with an update.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving each of them thoroughly, even if it takes some time.

 

Please refer to the following information for details:

 

【Confirmed Issues to Date】
- Some content screens not displaying properly on iOS devices during transitions
- No sound playback when returning to the game after using headphones
- Partial screen cropping on certain Galaxy Fold models when touching the settings button during battles
- Account linking not working properly under certain conditions
▷ Switching the profile of an account set to the official service country may resolve the issue.
- Screen freezing during certain tutorial stages, making further progress impossible
▷ To prevent this, play the previous tutorial and proceed slowly through the tutorial as instructed on the screen.
- Abnormal progression of the Fulfillment of Fate tutorial after clearing Chapter 2
▷ If you experience the above issue, please contact customer support for assistance.
- replays playing incorrectly
▷ Incorrect replays will be deleted periodically upon reporting via google bug report form.
- Some items not appearing in the Guild Shop
▷ This issue occurs for commanders who purchased the Aries Glimmerstone at the beginning of our service.
- Character listings not displayed when reinstalling the game or logging in with a different mobile device
- Failure to achieve missions on the 8th floor of the Land of Transgression
- Point display as 0 in some ranking events when not in the top ranks
▷ Actual points are correctly calculated and will be displayed once ranked.
- Failure to remove specific guild members and display of incorrect notification messages
- Failure to display heroes incapacitated by the guild boss in statistics after battle
- Hero dashing to the right side of the field in some content
- Reappearance of already purchased Glimmerstones in the shop
▷ If you accidentally purchase duplicates, please contact customer support for a point refund.
- Inability to match with users of the same tier in The Mirage Invasion
- Failure of some replay videos to play in the Mirage Invasion
- Intermittent discrepancy between the displayed score and the actual score in The Mirage Invasion
- Intermittent failure of mage heroes to use skills in The Mirage Invasion
- Intermittent failure of heroes to use skills or activation of specific skills in The Mirage Invasion
- Restoration of 10 MP for the hero who defeated the enemy hero in The Mirage Invasion
- Failure to unlock the [Renowned Leader] profile border after meeting the unlocking condition
- Stage ranking changes when changing character nicknames
- Intermittent display of different information from the actual acquisition when acquiring traits
- Failure of SSR hero Ophie's Talent II skill to function
- Failure of the lava damage on the 11th floor of The Mirage Land

 

【Resolved Issues】
- Incorrect Pick Up summons displayed
- Intermittent display of all heroes in the hero list as trial heroes when the trial hero period expires
- Correction of the incorrectly displayed part in the detailed attribute section of SSR hero [Herman]
- Correction of the issue where SSR hero [Temika]'s Talent I [Frenzy] was not applied upon achieving 5 stars
- Correction of the incorrectly displayed part in the description of SSR hero [Temika]'s Talent II [Furnace Overheat]
▷ Critical Hit Chance → Critical Hit Damage
- Correction of the damaged fonts of [Recovery] and [Critical Hit] on iOS devices
- Correction of the issue where selecting a skill on an iOS device would render it unable to progress when the bottom home screen bar was raised
- Correction of the issue where the guild menu and guild shop could be accessed without joining the guild
- Correction of the issue where the effect of the Luck Charm did not work
- Correction of the issue where the rewards for the 7 Days of Oath received twice
- Errors on using dispatch function in Queen Annie
- Failure of receiving the pre-register rewards
- The weekly cumulative guild activity for guild boss stage conditions resetting daily
- Subscription to the regular monthly pass not available after purchasing the premium monthly pass
- Overlapping text for the remaining time of certain mode
- Abnormal high scores for some players in The Spirit Invasion
- Inability to proceed normally after achieving a certain number of points in the Archery Game
- Inability to move towers after placing the maximum number of heroes in The Mirage Invasion
- Intermittent summoning of Prince when using Diana’s ultimate skill
- Abnormal attack speed of defending archers due to Solita’s Talent II skill

 

In this notice, we have summarized all the issues that have been confirmed and resolved since the early stages of service. Although it may seem that there are many issues, we want to emphasize that these have been addressed thanks to the commanders’ reports.

 

You may still encounter issues that are not included in this list. If an issue has been reported but is not listed, it means we have not been able to fully reproduce it or find a clear cause yet. However, please be assured that we are listening to all commanders’ voices and conducting tests.
