February 26th Notice of Privacy Policy Update (SEA)
Dear adventurers,
Thank you sincerely for the love and support you have shown to Seal M over the years.
Following the service closure of Seal M, we are planning to update our private data processing policy to provide migration compensation for existing users for the newly launching Seal M on CROSS. We hereby notify you of the changes to our Privacy Policy as follows.
1. Purpose of the Privacy Policy update
Even after the closure of Seal M service, we will retain certain usage data for a specified period for the purpose of user verification and reward distribution to adventurers who have prior usage log of Seal M upon the launch of Seal M on CROSS.
This is the minimum necessary measures to provide appropriate reward for the existing users,
and will never be used for any purpose beyond the stated purpose above.

※ Sensitive personal information and unnecessary data will not be retained.
※ The retained data will be securely protected through restricted internal access, encryption and security measures, and will be immediately destroyed once the purpose has been fulfilled.
※ Requests for correction, deletion, or refusal of data retention related to personal data protection could be submitted through Customer Service Center.
▸ Please note that if you refuse data retention, the distribution of Seal M on CROSS may be restricted.
4. Inquiries and Objections
✦ If you do not agree to the updated policy, you may request account deletion
▸ But, in this case, access to the game will be restricted after the policy consent page.
✦ The updated policy will take effect on February 26th, 2026 (Thu). If you do not indicate your refusal by the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revision.

Even after the closure of the service, we will continue to prioritize the rights and personal data protection of our adventurers, and we aim to express our gratitude for your past support through fair and appropriate rewards.
