Step-Up Package Payment Issues Resolved

The issue causing purchased items to not be delivered has been resolved.

  Hotfix Information

 

   ⯌ The hotfix has been applied to the AOS version.
   ⯌ Please update to the latest version via the Google Play Store to apply the update

 

 

  Delivery of Missing Items

 

   ⯌ Step-up products that were previously purchased but not received will be delivered after the regular maintenance scheduled on April 2, 2026.

 

 

  If Items Are Not Received

 

   ⯌ If your items are still not delivered, please completely close the game app and relaunch it, then access the In-Game Shop.

   ⯌If you are still unable to receive your items after following the steps above, we kindly ask that you contact Customer Support for further assistance.
