Story/Tale:
Once, Tamer was walking through the Forest Of Hope with their dragons. They stopped to take a rest and noticed that one of the dragons was missing. They called out for the dragon and searched around but couldn’t find any clue of where the dragon went. They were searching when they heard a roaring from deep in the forest and a scream that sounded like the dragon. Tamer started following the sound and then their dragon came running and screaming from the direction of the sound. “Tamer, help! I’m being chased by a giant beast!” The dragon screamed, hiding behind Tamer, “Can you scare it away for me?” Tamer braced themselves for a beast that would come barreling out from the undergrowth but there wasn’t one. Confused, they looked around where the dragon had come from but couldn’t find anything. They led the dragon back to the others and sat down to actually rest this time. Then they heard the dragons voice coming from up in the trees. “Tamer, help! I’ve been tied up. Can you cut me free?” The voice said. Confused, tamer looked at the dragon they had supposedly rescued from a giant beast, and up at the leaves, where the struggling silhouette of their dragon could be seen. They glared at the dragon that was on the ground, who had a face of great amusement. Then the dragon dissolved into a colored mist, which moved away deeper into the forest. Even more confused, they climbed up and cut their dragon free. Now that there was something in the forest that could do that, they decided to leave quickly. Something with the shape of a snake watched them leave.
