Panta is of the Ancient Primordials, a large serpent species born in the first universe, born before the first Big Bang, and a witness to every Heat Death that followed thereafter, a brooding mother her kin are invisible grub born long before the existence of the photon, yet she is the only Albino of her kind. 

A compassionate yet arrogant mother, her spawn orbit the Omnimassive Black Hole found at the center of reality, while she swims through the cosmos to keep them well-fed. Of her most powerful abilities is the ability to change her size at will, capable of growing to impossible sizes, or small enough to be a worthy opponent to tardigrades. Yet no matter where she finds herself her immaculate speed is ever persistent as she emits her own element of light from her chitinous shell, and when in the heat of immense danger from whatever foes exist in the new universe, she is often noted to engorge herself in Ouroborous to escape their grasp.

When her three mandibles open to the bellows of her throat, the absence of reality stares back at the viewer, absent of all light and darkness, she is beyond the existence of the particle world. But as a servant of the fractalized cosmos, it is of her own interest to do no harm to the Chosen One.
