This is an egg of pearl milk tea, Pearls painstakingly crafted by hand by chefs.
 

Originally just one, after adding many, many companions, it came together into brown sugar milk tea to enjoy the taste of brown sugar.

Be careful, if one day it's accidentally knocked over, pearls can be quite scary too.
