◎ Details of Identified Issues and Measures
① Crash Issue Fix
Some tamers experienced sudden game crashes.
While the 12/1 maintenance-free update improved crash issues on some devices, the problem still occurs on certain devices and has not been completely resolved.
We are continuously working on devices that exhibit the same issue internally, prioritizing stable gameplay for our users.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the following information, as it will help us identify the cause and improve the situation:
■ Device Information
1. OS version
2.Device model
3.Time of occurrence (e.g., Dragon Rush → right after auto-combination)
4.Frequency of occurrence
We will continue to do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

② Facebook Account Linking Issue
Some tamers have experienced intermittent problems with Facebook account linking.
This may occur due to account settings or security policies.

③ Daemon Dungeon Tutorial Issue Fixed
A problem preventing the progress of the Daemon Dungeon tutorial was identified.
It has been resolved in the 12/1 maintenance-free update.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to ensure that this issue does not recur.
④Push Notification Misfire Under Investigation
Some tamers received notifications stating "Your keys are full" even though they were not.
We are currently investigating the cause and will fix it as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will continue to do our best to provide a better service.
