[Notice] Facebook Login Linking Issue Guide

Hello,
This is Dragon Village Rumble.
We have received inquiries from some tamers reporting that Facebook-linked login is not working properly.
This issue may occur depending on your Facebook account settings or security policies.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Check Facebook’s “Apps, Websites and Games” Setting
If login for third-party apps and websites is disabled in your Facebook account, Facebook login for the game cannot be used.
Please check the activation status through the paths below.
1) Mobile App
Menu → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Preferences
→ Enable “Apps, Websites and Games” if disabled.
2) PC Web Browser
Profile (top right) → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
→ Check whether it is enabled.
- If disabled, please enable it and try logging in again.
2. Remove “Dragon Village Rumble” from Connected Apps and Re-login
If the setting is enabled but the issue persists,
please delete the registered game app in Facebook and reattempt linking.
Removal Path
Settings → Apps and Websites → Connected Apps → Dragon Village Rumble → Remove
- After removal, try logging in with Facebook again in the game.
3. Check for Recent Facebook Password Changes
If you recently changed your Facebook password, Facebook may require re-login or re-authentication.
Please confirm your login status on the Facebook app or website, log in again if needed, then try linking in the game.
