◎ Confirmed Issues

1. Game crashing issue
Some Tamers are experiencing sudden game crashes.
We are actively investigating the cause and will provide an update once it is confirmed.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

 

2. Facebook linking issue
Some Tamers are experiencing intermittent issues linking their Facebook accounts.
This issue is caused by Facebook and cannot be immediately resolved, but we are exploring multiple solutions.
We appreciate your patience.

Additionally, Tamers who cannot link Facebook can still participate in the Friend Invite Event using the friend invite link.
Please use the link to join the event.

 

3. Dragon Pass period issue
The Dragon Pass period appeared shorter than expected, which may have caused confusion.
To minimize inconvenience, the Dragon Pass period has been extended until December 2025.
Further details will be provided in a separate announcement.

 

4. Confusion with Friend Code & Friend Invite Event
The Friend Code is for “Friend registration” purposes only and is separate from the invite count of the Friend Invite Event.
We are aware that this may cause confusion and are reviewing ways to clarify this for all Tamers.

 

5. Tutorial progression issue
In some cases, the tutorial may become unplayable if a dragon dies during early gameplay.
If this occurs, please contact Customer Support, and we will assist you promptly.

 

6. Game login issue
On 25.11.29 (Sat) around 08:00(UTC+0), some Tamers experienced login issues.
The issue was resolved by 09:30(UTC+0), and the game is now accessible.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
