■ Abnormal Gameplay

Using the game in unintended ways, or distributing/using unauthorized programs,

will result in account restrictions in accordance with our policies.

Please refrain from such behavior, and report any suspicious activity to Customer Support.

■ Unauthorized Refunds & Refund Abuse

Canceling payments arbitrarily through the store, or obtaining currency/items through abnormal methods, is considered abnormal payment behavior.

Illegally obtained items and currencies will be reclaimed.

If the obtained goods have already been used and cannot be recovered, the account may be restricted.

For legitimate refund requests, please contact in-game Customer Support.

■ Inappropriate Behavior

Inappropriate chat, offensive communication, or any behavior that causes discomfort to other players

may result in account restrictions depending on severity.

Your cooperation is appreciated to maintain a pleasant community environment.

We continuously monitor for such abnormal behavior, and take immediate action upon detection.
