Providing a fair and stable gaming environment for everyone is our team's paramount responsibility.

We previously announced the direction of our response and the first wave of permanent bans for specific users. However, due to the discovery of additional individuals during the investigation, we have taken the following actions:

In addition to targeting the identified users, let me provide insight into our future response plans.
We have obtained the exploit programs for analysis by our development team and we are currently analyzing the mechanism of these programs.

We will swiftly implement initial measures to defend against these programs.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this inspection period. Detailed information about the inspection will be provided in future announcements.

Although this marks the first phase of defensive measures, it does not signify the end. We are committed to continuously enhancing application defense measures to ensure both security and your trust. Monitoring will remain ongoing.Based on this experience, we promise to persist in our efforts to defend against unfair external programs.

All illegitimate results must be rectified, and fair competition should guarantee new opportunities for achievement. Therefore, we plan to delete all ranking information and improperly cleared stage videos.
Additionally, we deliberated various approaches regarding the initial server achievement, such as resetting them. However, we realized that rushing to implement such measures could lead to unfair situations.
Thus, we are carefully considering our options to prevent further unfairness.

Rest assured, we will inform you of the most stable and comprehensive method for normalization after thorough review and validation. Lastly, we deeply feel the concerns and distrust from many commanders. We apologize for this. Our goal is to swiftly overcome this negative experience and provide an enjoyable gaming experience with us.
