We have recently identified suspicious activities related to the use of unauthorized programs or exploitation of bugs in the arena and certain ranking contents.
After conducting an investigation, we have confirmed instances of some individuals using unauthorized external programs. As a result, we are implementing the following measures:

※ The individuals listed above will have their access permanently restricted across all servers.

If unauthorized programs are used, according to the policies of Light of the Stars, access to the game server for the respective characters and accounts will be permanently restricted.

Please be aware that we cannot provide any assistance or take responsibility for issues or alterations to game information caused by intentional or unintentional actions of users.

Currently, we are in the process of investigating programs used to manipulate Light of the Stars data without authorization. Upon completion of the investigation, we will distribute a patch containing measures to prevent data manipulation.

We will also review the restoration of in-game rewards obtained through fraudulent means and consider excluding such accounts from rankings.

Please note that the list of individuals with permanent game access restrictions may be updated based on the progress of the investigation. We will update this notice accordingly to inform you of any additions to the list or updates to the investigation findings.
