Today marks the official launch, and we had eagerly prepared with excitement to present a perfect game experience to commanders who have been waiting for this moment for a long time. However, we fell short of meeting the expectations and support you offered, resulting in urgent maintenance and an unsatisfactory experience.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and the valuable time of the commanders who awaited the launch of Light of the Stars. We feel a heavy responsibility and offer our sincere apologies.

Along with our apology, we want to be honest about the reasons behind the lengthy maintenance that occurred immediately after the official launch.

During the preparation period, Light of the Stars underwent stress testing and partnered with major cloud server providers to create an optimal playing environment. We had plans in place to gradually establish multiple servers from the start of the launch, but the influx of players exceeded our expectations. This led to the concentration of players on specific servers, which affected the overall stability of all servers.

To resolve this, we hastily implemented the planned server expansions, but during this process, there were mistakes such as incorrect settings in pickup summoning, and not being able to link the account, resulting in repeated errors and a loss of trust.

Mobigames takes the server instability issue very seriously and is utilizing all available resources to resolve it. Although there may be some inconvenience as we work to alleviate the server load, we are doing our utmost to create a smooth playing environment as quickly as possible.

Once again, we apologize to all commanders for not being able to meet the expectations, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
