▶Issues in linking account under certain conditions

▶In arena, certain user's points are displayed abnormally

※ It has been confirmed that the issue is a display error.

▶SSR class [Sartos] not showing in Unending Samsara details.

※ It has been confirmed that Sartos is in the probability chart.

▶Inability to download resources on some iOS devices. (Fixed on 04/18 KST 21:52, UTC+9)

▶ For commanders having issues with linking their account, please check if the account's country is set to the official service countries(Korea, United States, and Canada). (Added on 04/19 KST 16:45, UTC+9)

▶[7 Days of Oath] Event: The issue allowing some rewards to be received multiple times. (Fixed on 04/19 KST 14:20, UTC+9)

All departments are working together to identify the causes of the server overload issue. However, as new account creation is concentrated on the congested servers, the overload is worsening and affecting other servers as well.

We kindly ask you to choose servers that are in a [Good] state for account creation until the cause of the server overload is resolved.

Additionally, there is an issue where linking accounts may not proceed smoothly under specific conditions.
We will strive to promptly identify and address these issues as quickly as possible.
