How to Contact Customer Support

Tap the Customer Support Center button in the in-game Settings menu to access the game’s FAQ page.
On the FAQ page, you can review frequently asked questions and answers across various categories.
At the bottom of the FAQ page, tap the “Contact us” button to go to the inquiry submission page.
Enter your CS Code, then select the inquiry category related to your issue.
Based on the selected inquiry type, fill in the required fields that appear.
After reviewing the information regarding the Collection and Use of Personal Information, select whether you agree.
Tap the Submit button to complete your submission.
