DESCRIPTION:
Circus-a-lot has a funny, grandeur, and dramatic character. It's always looking forward to perform, play, and party. It enjoys fair foods such as popcorn, fries, corn dogs–And much, much more! It enjoys snooping around and jumping out at other dragons for kicks and giggles. Although a fun dragon to be around, Circus-a-lot is often unaware if its pranks are going too far. Oftentimes it must be told to be more careful. Despite this, Circus-a-lot is always looking to make new friends and have a great time!
STORY:
The sun was slowly setting in the sky. The stars would've been beautiful if not shrouded in the neon haze of the carnival. Music could be heard for miles, smell wafted into the noses of hungry visitors–And this did not go unnoticed by Circus-a-lot.
The dragon peeked its head behind a nearby tree, its wonky eyes narrowing on a large, fluffy, stuffed animal bear prize. It observed the boredom in the workers eyes as he waited for a person to finally try their luck at the ring toss.
Slowly the dragon crept along the grass, unaware of the quite obvious squeak coming from its shoes. The worker glanced back, eyes widened slightly in surprise. Quickly, his expression shifted back to bored, maybe even a bit irritated.
“Circus-a-lot, you're supposed to be at the circus tent practicing for tonight's show, remember?” The worker sighed and shook his head slightly. The dragon's gaze remained hungry on the giant teddy bear. This caught the attention of the worker.
“Ohhh-ho-ho-hooo, no," The worker said sternly, eyebrows furrowing despite his playful grin.
“That is our best prize, it's for paying customers only,” The worker raised his brows and crossed his brows, watching the dragon with tired eyes. The dragon tilted its head at him, eyes darting back and forth from the teddy to the worker. It lowered its head, its ruffled neck brushing together as it watched the man. Its pupils dilated in a slightly unnerving, but nonetheless endearing way.
The worker stared at the dragon pitifully, its puppy dog eyes seeming to work. It took in a sharp contemplating breath, and a groan.
"Fine, take it. Take the stuffed animal, just please go practice now, the others are waiting for you.”
The dragon squeaked in succession and quickly rushed over to the stand. It reached its lanky metallic arms up and around the big stuffy, pulling the teddy bear close to its chest in a warm embrace. The worker watched the dragon, his gaze softening. He tilted his head sweetly, but quickly straightened up and cleared his throat.
“Okay, okay,” He chuckled, “Now get back to practice.”
The dragon nodded eagerly and scuffled away on its large squeaky shoes with it's new teddy bear snuggled close to its chest.
Yeah, Circus-a-lot sure did love carnivals.
