The Lonely Child
Once, in a desolate village, there lived a small but lonely boy. Every day, he looked up to the sky and prayed for a friend.
One day, Dittogon flew over the village and noticed the boy below as he ran after the feline. Dittogon gently swooped down, landing with a soft thud as his plushies surrounded him.
The child hesitated for a moment, but upon seeing so ounce of anger from the feline, proceeded to hug the cat tightly, sobbing gently into his fur.
"What is wrong little one? Why are you all alone?" The cat asked, tilting his head to the side.
"I have no friends.." The young boy said in between sobs before nuzzling his face more into the cat's fur.
"Well lets fix that then shall we?" Dittogon spoke. With a flick of his tail, the plushies floated down gently on their starry platforms. "Choose one you'd like young one." The cat spoke gently.
The young boy looked at the plushies, considering all his options. Finally, he pointed at a rabbit plushie, which then swiftly floated to him and lept into his arms to cuddle him. This led the boy to smile.
As the boy danced happily with his newfound friend, Dittogon purred happily as he watched the boy run off excitedly to his parents, showing them his new friend.
Satisfied with the joy he brought, Dittogon took to the skies with the remaining plushies once more in search of another lonely being to bring joy to.
