It cannot speak nor eat, but it never found the need to. It is said to be a relative of the pink bell, but nobody knows for sure. Over the years, these dragons lost their ability to fly, becoming grounded. However, they still carry lanterns as reminders of their creation, and the stars are still on their wings.
