This egg is protected by two souls.

This fragile egg adorns armour for protection. It is guarded by two souls belonging to ancient dragons from long ago who wait patiently for it to hatch. Despite their small size, the souls will attack anyone that dares harm the egg.

This Hatch bumps into things.

Born blind and flightless, it practices using its smell and hearing to navigate its surroundings but it’s not good at it yet and often bumps into rocks and other objects. The accompanying souls teach the small and vulnerable dragon how to survive and defend itself from enemies.

This Hatchling gains new wings.

This dragon has learnt to fight and live independently. It has learnt of its role to defend the spirits of the dead and protects their tombs. Fulfilling their purpose, the souls transform into wings as a parting gift to the young dragon and grants it the ability to fly. The dragon, having lived with the souls for all its life, feels a sense of loss and sadness.

It is a guardian dragon that protects the souls of the dead and ensures that their eternal slumber is not disturbed.

Growing into adulthood on its own, the guardian dragon becomes stronger than ever before through rigorous training. All its senses have been fully heightened and it can move around with great agility as though it can see. It can detect the purity of ones soul and removes the soul of anyone that dares enter the tombs it protects with evil thoughts.

DESCRIPTION/설명

Luderon protects the tombs of kings and other families for many generations. Despite being blind and weak at birth, when raised with care by its guardian souls and its human caretakers, it grows to become a powerful and loyal dragon. Having the appearance of three heads, it intimidates tomb robbers with its large size and ear piercing roar. With incredible dexterity, it can cleave its enemies with a single strike of its sword. 

It is a skilled magic user and can rip souls out of the hearts of evil beings and shoot blue fire out of its three heads. While it is wary of strangers, it is gentle and playful with those that it deems as its family. It can also ‘see’ souls despite being blind and can sometimes be seen interacting with nothing by the normal eye.

Story/스토리

A young boy is playing outside his house in the desert village. He is alone but he doesn’t mind as he has toys with him. A group of shady thieves suddenly approach and kick down the door of the boy’s house. 
 

‘Stop!’ The boy yelled. ‘What are you trying to do?’ 

The thieves laugh and ignore the boy’s pleas, stealing every valuable object they can find and making a mess of the house. The boy runs out in tears, wishing his family was here but they had left for work. Fortunately, Luderon has heard the boy’s cries and swoops down from the skies above. 

‘Luderon! Please help! Some men are destroying the house,’ the boy pleads. 

‘Don’t worry, I will handle them,’ Luderon growled protectively. It brandishes its sword and lets out a loud roar that scares the thieves and causes them to run out of the house in fear.

Luderon blasts fire at them while carefully making sure that the boy and the house are unharmed. Now trapped by Luderon’s blue fire, the thieves have no where to run and before they could speak another word, they realise that they’re staring at their own bodies collapsing in a heap onto the desert ground. Luderon had taken their souls and the dragon crushes them and sends them to the underworld. 

The boy runs to the dragon and hugs its leg. ‘Thank you so much! I don’t know what would’ve happened if you weren’t here protecting our family always.’ 

Luderon smiles and nuzzles the boy’s cheek with its snout. It raises its head when it senses someone nearby. ‘Your parents are here,’ it says. 

The boy turns around and is happy to see his parents. After waving goodbye to Luderon, he runs off into his parents arms before turning into sparkling dust and drifts along the desert winds.
