This egg is covered in red and black spots.

When surrounded by silence, you can hear this egg with shiny scales and soft fins hum to the sound of waves.

 

HATCH

 

This hatch has fallen asleep from the lullaby sung by the waves.

During a quiet evening the young Koi Dragon hatch decided to relax and enjoy the feeling of its fins swaying softly from the gentle ocean currents.

 

HATCHLING

 

This hatchling lets the currents take it to new places.

No longer tired, this forever curious Koi Dragon hatchling decided to switch spots. It is, however, too lazy to swim around on its own. Thankfully there seems to be a strong current nearby, where shall it take us?

Koi Dragon loves to live its life in a relaxed manner exploring new areas. One thing it loves more than exploration are the stories it gets to hear from the waves. Whispers of the latest happenings get spread and Koi Dragon loves to hear it all and share to fellow Koi Dragons if it gets the chance to do so.

Story : The sound of waves

 

Some nights in these cold waters might get lonely and quiet at times but that is no reason to get upset. These quiet nights are, in fact, Koi Dragon’s favorite ones.

 

With the moonlight breaking through the surface of water and the waves hitting the shore Koi Dragon gets to enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature with no one to interrupt. When the moonlight gets too bright Koi Dragon closes its eyes and focuses on the waves instead. 

 

Sometimes these waves can be loud and their roaring splashes could easily rival a dozen thunderclaps. Tonight, however, Koi Dragon gets to enjoy a lullaby sung by the calm ocean currents. During these silent nights Koi Dragon gets to listen to other dragons’ voices carried by the subtle waves. 

 

Besides dragons, other creatures can be heard as well. There seems to be some fish swimming nearby.. and is that a pair of seahorses? Among the swaying seaweed even some crab can be heard clicking it’s claws shut.

 

WIth all these wonderful sounds surrounding Koi Dragon, it’s never truly lonely.
