Popsicle dragons are often mistaken for popsicles, so they often have to yell “Don’t lick me!” so other dragons realize they are dragons and not food.
 

Since popsicle are fragile and frozen, they rarely leave the comfort of their icy caves. Only desperate circumstances will bring a popsicle dragon out of its hiding place.
