Description: This eggs energy is shackled within it

Info: Rimmed with gold and chained together with a lock, you can feel a strong magical energy emanating from the egg. The outside has a rough wooden texture with a crack going along the middle of it, inside of which emits a strong purple glow. They can only be found in the deepest darkest depths of a cave or forest where they are hidden away and safe.

Hatch

Description: Hungry and is in search for souls

Info: Freshly hatched, it is in search for souls of the damned to feed on. They are very hungry creatures and require souls to grow. It uses its all seeing eye to see and hunt down souls. At this age since it is still weak and more fragile, bad people will hunt them so they cannot continue to remove evil souls.

Hatchling

Description: Can see all

Info: Now having grown larger, it exudes a stronger dark magic. The souls it consumes continue to fuel its growth. Magic moss has started to grow on its body from the energy radiating off it. The dark energy from this dragon fuels new life, new plants will start to grow around it when in one area for an extended amount of time.

Adult

Description: The new life dragon. It is now at its biggest, it bears a chain to contain all the souls it has eaten within them. They exude great dark magic from the evil souls they have consumed, though it is not inherently an evil creature. It is thought to be able to see the soul within your body. Magic moss has further grown on it. When it uses dark attacks the residual from the attack will sprout new plant growth wherever it touches. It leaves a dense thicket in its wake.

At this age they will now wander,containing the evil within it until its death. It will settle if it finds a dying area of land. After death, the tremendous amounts of energy within it then seeps back into the earth to fuel new life, a rebirth for the evil to become something good for this world. The sheer amount of energy stored is enough to fuel the life of whole new forests.

Story

The Mimic Dragon used to be thought to be evil by many. They assumed it ate the souls of loved ones and the well meaning people who have passed. Only the wisest dragon tamers knew better. It only ate the souls of the damned, the souls of those who have hurt others, and was a passage for evil to become something good. When people saw the Mimic Dragon, they would shoo it away thinking it was a curse or a bad omen. They were widely disliked and their honorable job went mostly unknown. Now being very scarce, they hide away in the most secretive of places.

Now, people will search for these dragons, looking to make up for the mistakes of peoples past. We now know of their hidden power and true intentions, to contain and protect people from evil spirits and turn them into new life. People who are in an environmental crisis will search the Mimic Dragon out for its help in regrowing the forests and wildlife.

If treated with kindness and respect, The Mimic Dragon will be very loyal to you. It will even protect you in death from evil spirits. The Mimic Dragon is a sweet and loyal dragon of life, thought to be a cursed evil creature.
