Hello everyone,

My name is symphoniia, I'm from the North America server. Sorry for the lack of translation, but I don't feel the translators could properly express my emotions very well if I use it. 

I wish to share feelings and experiences from the North America (NA) server's side of things, with sharing each server's feelings may be disconnected based on platform usage. The Discord server that NA players use was once very lively, and now it's turned into a mostly barren wasteland with our suggestions completely ignored by HighBrow themselves.

Many of us share the upset, frustrations and exhaust as others my feel on this forum, yet many NA players don't use the forums to share how connected many of us are, as we don't read Korean very well or at all. We all want this game to improve and do better, as everything has felt it's gone into “preserving value” and competition we all don't enjoy. The company keeps making promises and apologies, yet the trust NA server has in Highbrow has been horrifically destroyed after the removal of Town and Egg Market for more tiring paid content. Many of us want to trade and share dragons with each other, yet we get prevented due to account locks or forms not being able to breed down, such as Signature Blue Snake, Virtue Red Horse dragon, or many dragons from Prism Gate. We've given HighBrow so many suggestions to be kinder to all players, free-to-play or paid-to-play, for it only to fall on deaf ears. We love and want to support this game better and more, but never through constant exhausting paid content, limited dragons that are never to return again, and the Fear of Missing Out. We're still missing Colosseum which we were told that it'd return after a revamp. We were told Spica would come back and even placed into explore, which hasn't happened. Other servers are missing certain Monthly Dragon second reruns as those servers came out later. 

The handling of this game has made even us NA players grow hostile with each other. Caring more for “how do we get more drinks or dragems for the next Goblin Market / Prism Gate” than the feelings and care of others. Some players see the game more as a means of profit and “staying on top”, rather than truly caring for the dragons you obtain. Veteran players would warn newer players of the game's change from being more caring and social to one that feels more like a game of Monopoly. Other NA players, including me, are also finding it very worrying that we will have minors play this game as for us, it is 17+ or 18+ for our app store. This means We've seen players younger than 18 get into predatory gambling mechanics and micro-transactions.

To explain how players feel most affected by HighBrow constant changes to this game, the moment Town and Egg Finder was removed without warning, a lot of players simply quit and have not returned. We still have bugs that we'll send in and it won't be fixed, such as Playground, as Playground has not worked since around Christmas of last year… About 5 months… Yet we've only recently heard this is only a problem in NA server, but not other servers. Plenty of us have been burning out and refusing to send more suggestions in the Discord server as Highbrow ignores us. For example using one of my posts at the time this has happened, there was an entire 2 months Highbrow has ignored the suggestion forum section from NA players. NA players will also get banned from the server for peacefully protesting against updates that aren't good, if placed where Highbrow will see it as a means to “retain positivity”.

As you can see, I'm not SVIP, but I am VIP+. I've spent a lot on this game, and I do love an appreciate it. Dragon Village Collection scratches that itch I like compared to other games, but I am finding myself sitting here and wishing there was more in ways that was kinder to everyone. The events being nothing put “spend as much as you can within a short amount of time” is not enjoyable in the slightest, and the entire server wishes and has placed many suggestions to let events be more available in letting us grind to get as much as we want as an option, and letting payment be another means to get even more or provide the option to just get the provided things the event advertises without that grind, but we don't get a response. 

We've expressed that we feel that “preserving value” of dragons is subjective to the players that play, and NA server's feelings on preserving value, should be the positive memories these events and dragons give us. Never should it be any anguish they provide. As a collection game, it should allow everything to be available to everyone.

I'm sorry this message is very long, but I hope there's a sort of bridge that can be made between the forums and NA players that we're all equally just as upset on how this game is being treated and handled by Highbrow, and they we all want changes for the better. I miss the close community NA had and my friends I've made with this game that are mostly lost due to them finally having enough. Players are still leaving… Highbrow, please, improve the game for the better and listen to your players. Money can still be had while providing a genuinely wonderful experience for all.
