During this process, we confirmed that the Unknown Personality was not manifesting in special breeds obtained from Deep Sea Evria, and we proceeded with a patch to fix this.

We fixed the issue where the Mystical Personality condition was incorrectly applied through a server patch so that abnormal individuals would no longer manifest on the live server. We looked for ways to revert the wrongly manifested Mystical/Unknown Personalities held by Tamers by searching through server logs. However, we reviewed that we could not arbitrarily change them as we thought Tamers might cherish them even if they were wrongly manifested Personalities.

Therefore, although abnormal, we maintained the current situation, apologized for causing confusion, and provided compensation to all Tamers.

We guided Tamers regarding the follow-up measures, but we recognized that the explanation was very insufficient, so we provided additional information to resolve misunderstandings regarding the overall situation.

In the process of providing this guidance, we received additional inquiry reports that some dragons should have manifested with Mystical/Unknown Personalities but did not, and we quickly started to identify the cause from the server.

After identifying the cause, we confirmed that it was a side effect of missing code following the incident first announced. We batch changed all individuals that should have manifested Mystical/Unknown Personalities to Mystical/Unknown Personalities, and we sent Moonlight Gems to the Mailbox for each account equal to the number of problematic individuals.

However, during this process, Tamers who were proceeding with personality training with the purpose of manifesting a specific personality on dragons with originally incorrect individual values experienced inconvenience as they were forcibly manifested with Mystical/Unknown Personalities.

Regarding this part, since we could not know what personality Tamers were aiming for, we batch changed them to Mystical/Unknown to return them to normal individuals, but we took measures to manually change the personality one by one for those who contacted us.

We have no excuses regarding this part. We are naturally aware that you experienced inconvenience due to an issue we caused, and we will take care to prevent this from happening again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the process of batch changing to Mystical/Unknown Personalities, we confirmed that individuals obtained from the Cosmic Gate should have been changed to the 'Unknown' Personality but were incorrectly changed to the 'Mystical' Personality, so we changed them back to the 'Unknown' Personality.

We gratefully confirmed through a report that the Purified Tiamat had an issue where the 'Unknown' Personality could not be manifested.

There was an issue where some contents were delivered incorrectly due to an internal communication error. We will take special care not to cause misunderstandings to Tamers due to communication issues in the future.

Also, in the process of modifying Purified Tiamat so that the 'Unknown' Personality can manifest smoothly, we reviewed a situation where if we arbitrarily changed the personality in bulk again, Tamers who are proceeding with personality training through the corresponding Purified Tiamat would inevitably face painful losses.

To prevent bigger problems in the future, we made a major decision to change the specifications so that Mystical/Unknown Personalities can manifest from Moonlight Gems and Brilliant Moonlight Gems.

In this case, we reviewed that Tamers who experienced the series of issues above could quickly make up for the loss by providing Moonlight Gems when an unwanted personality is obtained. Also, we thought that we should provide content that allows various personalities to be applied to obtained dragons in the long term.

Due to this incident caused by a combination of various bugs, we supplemented the server code to prepare measures to prevent recurrence through meetings between project team members to strengthen internal security, and we proceeded with the functionalization of internal tables to prevent recurrence due to the same cause.

We will be more careful to prevent this from happening in the future and strive to provide more stable services.
