▣ Nov 28 (Fri) Notice regarding Mystical, Unknown Personality Error

 - After the ‘[Notice] Nov 27 (Thu) 2nd Live Patch Notice’ was issued, there was a report that the information about the Mystical Personality being a probability appearance did not match the error that occurred, so we conducted an investigation again.

 - In the process of re-investigating, we confirmed additional errors, and as it was a complex situation, we would like to guide you through the error situation in more detail and proceed with additional measures, so please check the notice.

■ Error Details

① Misunderstanding about Mystical Personality Achievement Conditions

 - Since the update on Nov 27 (Thu), reports that the Mystical Personality was not applied have occurred.

 - However, the non-appearance of the Mystical Personality reported at this time was a normal situation, not an error, as guided previously.

 - It is normal for the Mystical Personality not to appear if other Personality conditions are met. For example, if the target dragon for the Mystical Personality becomes a Hatchling/Adult without other care, it meets the Ordinary Personality condition and becomes an Ordinary Personality, not Mystical.

 - In other words, to achieve the Mystical Personality, you must proceed with raising while avoiding other Personality conditions.

② Actual Error Occurrence

 - Afterwards, between 04:30 ~ 06:00 (UTC), an error occurred where Evria Personalities appeared in dragons that did not meet the conditions.

 - At this time, we confirmed in the additional investigation process that an error occurred where dragons that actually should have manifested Evria Personalities (Mystical, Unknown) did not manifest the Personality.

 - Measures for the additionally confirmed errors will be guided again at the bottom of this notice.

 ＊ There are reports that the error in ② is occurring under certain conditions even after the fix measures, so we are checking, and please note that if the error details are confirmed, fixes and the same measures will be carried out.

③ Notice and Measures at the Time of Error Occurrence

 - In the previous notice, we guided you about the 'Misunderstanding about Mystical Personality Achievement Conditions' and 'Error where Evria Personalities appeared in dragons that did not meet the conditions' confirmed at that time.

 - Also, we did not proceed with changing the Personalities of dragons that already had Personalities applied in bulk as we confirmed that it could cause additional problems, and we proceeded with measures individually only for applicants.

 - Afterward, with an apology for the inconvenience caused by the error, we sent Brilliant Moonlight Gems and Cosmic Crystals via Mail.

 - In this process, we apologize that the part about 'Individual application if you want to change a dragon that became a Mystical Personality to another Personality' seems to have caused misunderstandings to Tamers whose Mystical/Unknown Personalities did not manifest, and we intend to proceed with additional measures.

■ Error Measures

 - Below are measures for the 'Error where dragons that should have manifested Evria Personalities (Mystical, Unknown) did not manifest the Personality'.

① Change the target dragon to Unknown Personality.

 - Dragons that should have manifested Evria Personalities (Mystical, Unknown) between 04:30 ~ 06:00 (UTC) but did not manifest will be changed to Mystical/Unknown Personality.

 - Personality changes can only be performed on Adult Dragons, so they will proceed sequentially after the preparation for Personality change is complete.

 ＊ If the target is no longer an Adult, it may be difficult to take measures. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to maintain the Adult status.

② We will send Moonlight Gems equal to the quantity of target dragons.

 - Tamers who have achieved other desired Personalities, please use the item to change the Personality.

 * Even before the Personality is changed, if you possess the target dragon, it will be distributed in advance.

 - We will proceed with the measures as quickly as possible as soon as preparations are complete.
