The special form can only be obtained through the Monthly egg, and each form is as follows.

The Gen. 2 dragon that can be obtained through breeding has a general/special form, and the Gen. 2 dragon can be traded regardless of its form.



 

The breeding formula only applies to Vaska will be added to acquire a Gen.2 Vaska special form probabilistically when you breed the same forms of Gen.1 Vaska regardless of the period.
