For the first, It is true that Xmas Dragon Christmas tree form has a very low probability to appear.

And because of that reason, we’ve disabled it on Cosmic Album and Dragon Books consider it will be very hard to collect.

However, by our mistake, due to the vague expression such as “very low”, We deeply reflect on the fact that it was difficult to accurately confirm the probability and information. We deeply apologize regarding the incident.
 

Regarding the incident, we would like to proceed with the measures and compensation as follows.

 3. Xmas Dragon breed period extended: Until 23:59(UTC), Jan 12, 2024 (Fri)​

 * Santa Claus’ Present Box Opening will be implemented as a separate system.
