[Notice] Monthly Egg Purchase Cancellation Notice

This notice is to inform you of some changes related to canceling purchases for the Monthly Egg.
Once the Monthly Egg is purchased, its form can be revealed through fortune-telling. As a result, the effects of the item are immediately activated, rendering it non-refundable
To accommodate our Tamers, we initially introduced a 7-day grace period. If the purchase remained unused within this period, users were eligible for a refund.
However, since the introduction of the Monthly Egg bonus rewards, there have been instances where some users have exploited the cancellation process. Purchases have been made exceeding the eligible quantity to receive bonus items, followed by cancellations of these purchases to gain benefits. To address this issue, we have decided to revert to our original policy: users will no longer be able to cancel their Monthly Egg purchases.
These measures will be implemented starting from this update, and a separate notice will be provided at the time of purchase.
