As memories of 2018 began to settle into nostalgia, the unwavering passion in the hearts of our Tamers

was rekindled through the “2nd Dragon Drawing Contest,” which has now come to a close after a long journey.

Thanks to the many entries filled with the deep affection and outstanding artistry of our Tamers,

we were able to write another page in the history of Dragon Village.

We sincerely thank every Tamer who showed such passionate interest and support for the contest,

and now present the honored winners selected after careful deliberation by the judging panel!

■ Winner and Prize Shipment Information
- Grand Prize winner's document submission deadline: August 20, 2026 (Thu) 14:59:59 (UTC)
- Expected prize shipment date
　· Grand Prize winner: After the submitted tax-reporting documents have been reviewed and verified
　· Other winners: Shipped sequentially within 14 days of the winner announcement date
- To complete the income-reporting process with the National Tax Service and finalize the award, the Grand Prize winner must submit all required documents, including a copy of identification. Minors must also submit a legal guardian consent form and a family relationship certificate, by the deadline.

■ Tax and Public Dues Information
- All taxes and public dues imposed on the prize money and prizes for this contest, including local taxes, will be fully covered by highbrow. Accordingly, winners will receive the full announced cash prize amount.
- As highbrow will fully cover the taxes and public dues for this contest, including local taxes, winners must submit the following documents by August 20, 2026 (Thu) for income reporting to the relevant authority, the National Tax Service: (1) a copy of identification (resident registration card or driver's license), (2) a copy of a bankbook under the winner's name, and (3) a prize receipt consent form.
- If a winner is a minor under the age of 19, a legal guardian consent form and documents verifying the family relationship must be submitted for tax reporting and prize receipt. Failure to submit the required documents may result in cancellation of the award.

■ Google Play Gift Card Information
- The KRW 100,000 and KRW 50,000 Google Play Gift Cards will be sent directly to the contact information submitted when entering the contest.
- If the contact information provided is unclear or unable to receive messages, the award will be canceled and the prize will not be resent.

■ Important Notes
- If the event entry information does not match the prize recipient information, the winner may be disqualified.
- Any entry that infringes another party's copyright, fails to follow the theme, raises social or ethical concerns, or violates the required procedures may have its award canceled immediately, even after selection, and all prize money and prizes will be recovered.
- The Grand Prize winner must submit a “Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information” for tax reporting and payment of the prize money. If consent is not provided, the prize money and prizes cannot be awarded.
- Details regarding the personal information collected from the Grand Prize winner, the purpose of use, and the retention period can be found in the separately provided “Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information.”
