✅ How to Participate

① Prepare Your Artwork

- Choose any dragon you like from the Dragon Village IP and draw it freely. (You may include multiple dragons in one artwork.)

- Unleash your inspiration and skills without format restrictions, including hand drawings, digital illustrations, pixel art, and 3D graphics!

② Upload Your Artwork to the Official Website

- Visit 'Dvinet,' the official Dragon Village community.Dragon Village.net

- Go to Show Off > Art Board, then drag and drop your artwork and submit it using the required information format.Art Board

③ Submit the Entry Google Form

- Copy the URL of your post on the Art Board.

- Open the Google Form submission page, enter the copied URL and the requested information, and submit the form to complete your entry.Google Form Submission Page

* Click the bold text in the instructions to open the corresponding link automatically.

* Even if your artwork has been uploaded to the official Dragon Village website, you may be excluded from consideration if the Google Form is not submitted.

✔️ Participation Guidelines

- Format: No restrictions (hand drawings, digital illustrations, pixel art, 3D graphics, etc.)

- Artwork Size: A4 or larger (210 mm * 297 mm / 3508 * 2480 px)

- File Size: Up to 2 MB per image, with up to 10 image files and a maximum total of 20 MB per submission

- File Types: JPG, PNG

- Resolution: 300 DPI or higher for digital files

- Color Mode: RGB

* Final winners must submit a high-resolution original file (PSD, PNG, etc.) of 50 MB or less and at least 300 DPI through the official email. The award may be revoked if the file does not meet the specifications.

⚠️ Event Notes

1) Eligibility and Multiple Entry Rules

- Overseas residents may participate. However, winners residing in areas where shipping is unavailable may receive another prize or reward of equivalent value depending on circumstances.

- One participant may submit multiple works, but may not receive multiple awards. Only the single highest-ranking award will be recognized.

- Individual participation is recommended. For collaborative entries, all rights and benefits, including prize money and awards, will be granted only to the single representative listed on the application. Highbrow will not intervene in or be responsible for internal distribution of prizes.

2) Copyright and Ownership of Rights

- Winning works may be reproduced and displayed for Highbrow marketing and offline exhibition purposes, and the prize money and awards include compensation for such use. 

3) Judging Process and Reservation of Rights

- If the submitted works do not meet internal standards or no suitable entry is found, Highbrow may adjust the prizes and number of winners at its discretion.

- All winning works will be selected according to Highbrow’s internal judging standards and the judges’ evaluations. Detailed criteria and scores by category will not be disclosed.

- The schedule, awards, and details of this contest may change with prior notice depending on Highbrow’s circumstances and other conditions.

4) Tax Information

- Highbrow will fully cover all taxes and public charges, including local taxes, imposed on contest prize money and awards. Winners will therefore receive the full announced prize amount.

- Because Highbrow fully covers the taxes and public charges, including local taxes, on contest prizes, winners must submit by the deadline: ① a copy of identification (resident registration card or driver’s license), ② a copy of a bankbook in the winner’s name, and ③ a prize receipt consent form for legally required income reporting to the relevant authority (National Tax Service).

- If a winner is a minor (under age 19), submission of a legal guardian consent form and proof of family relationship is required for tax reporting and prize receipt. Failure to submit the documents may result in cancellation of the award.

5) Grounds for Exclusion and Award Cancellation

 Any entry that meets any of the conditions below will be excluded from judging and its submission post may be deleted without prior notice. If the issue is discovered after an award is granted, the award will be canceled immediately and all prize money and awards will be reclaimed.

 ① Authenticity and Misappropriation Risks

- Works currently submitted to or previously awarded in another domestic or international contest. (However, portfolio works merely posted on other channels, such as Highbrow’s official community or personal social media, may be entered provided they have not been submitted to another contest.)

- Works that misappropriate, plagiarize, or imitate another person’s work, are not original creations, or infringe a third party’s rights, including copyright or portrait rights.

② Theme Relevance and Brand Image Risks

- Works that significantly deviate from the contest’s core guidelines, specifications, or stated theme (official dragons).

- Works that distort the Dragon Village universe or may seriously damage the brand value or image of the game or Highbrow.

③ Ethical and Social Risks

- Works containing excessive sexual or violent content, or racist or sexist elements.

- Works that promote sociocultural disputes or conflict by endorsing or disparaging a particular ideology, religion, or political group.

- Works that otherwise violate public order, accepted social norms, or Highbrow’s Terms of Service.

④ Administrative and Procedural Risks

- Works submitted outside the announced submission period.

- Cases where the Tamer information (account information) entered at submission differs from the name or information of the prize recipient, making identity verification impossible.

- Any legal liability related to participation or winning, including copyright disputes, rests with the entrant. (Highbrow assumes no legal responsibility.)
