My submission to the Creator Dragon Campaign, this dragon I based off the the Chinese New Year, it is kind of an overdesign, but I loved drawing this fella.

Description: This Dragon talks in a very calm way, yet it isn't being subtle with its constant verbal jabs, whenever it has a chance to insult its opponent, it will do it using very poetic wording, that is why it doesn't enjoy fighting people it considers unintelligent, because they will usually not feel hurt by the slander.

PS: the orange-red part of the neck is paper-like, meaning it can fold like an accordionaccordion.
