Hello, Architects.
Maintenance will be carried out for the update and Google Play Games Account Re-Migration #5.
Please read on for more details.
■ Maintenance Period
- Mar. 29, 10:00 PM – 11:30 PM PDT / Mar. 30, 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM UTC
* For accounts that have already been successfully migrated to the integrated build via the 'previous' mobile build (excluding those affected by the Google Play Games linkage issue), please continue playing STARSEED: ASNIA TRIGGER without unlinking or deleting your account.
■ Update Details
- Google Play Games Account Re-Migration #5
※ IMPORTANT
- If you played the game on the previous app using a method other than Google Play Games, please ensure that you have logged in to the integrated app with that linked account.
- If your account was linked only to Google Play Games and you are still experiencing migration issues, please make sure to check the cases below.
① In the previous app, go to Settings > Account and check whether your account is linked to Hive or Google.
If your account in the previous app was not linked to a Hive or Google account, data migration cannot proceed.
In this case, please create a new account (Hive/Google) and link it first.
② Please do not log in to or link the Integrated App with the new account (Hive/Google) linked in Step ①.
If a Hive or Google account has any login history in the Integrated App, data migration cannot proceed.
Please create a new account (Hive/Google), complete the account linkage, and then wait until the maintenance.
* To ensure a successful migration, please create and link a new account (Hive/Google).
* Before the maintenance on Mar. 30 is completed, the newly created account (Hive/Google) used for linking must have no login history in the integrated app. If there is any login history, data migration will not be possible.
We kindly ask you to take the necessary steps in advance by following the instructions provided prior to the maintenance.
If you are unable to complete the re-migration during this 5th maintenance, individual support via inquiry submission will be provided.
