For the proxyans set i would recommend 

Elina (Healer) - Erica & Patricia (DPS&DoT) - Mea (Burst & Bruiser) - Itus (Tank & Constant shield.

These line up, very vesatile for proxyans based enemies and monster / boss enemies.

Since elina can be switch either as a burst-HoT healer or Debuffer. I swear her heal is the highest for AoE heal.

Erica & patricia for DoT and burst combo, but i prefer for pat to use her AoE debuff, since it's useful to survive on late games.

Mea, i say she is all rounder, because not only she can burst, she can also debuff, make a really annoying disruption on enemy action, eithe because of fear or Atk debuffs.

Itus, wil guaranteed your whole squad for constant Shield, which could turn the tide of battle, and hold you up for even much longer late game.
