I usually do these things:
1. Always choose Ascension Master Keys from item box or craft Ascension Master Keys, Optimization Code, & Skill Core.

2. Focus on Activation Center - Loot Tab and try to maximize all operation rewards bonus and rest of points can go to Management tab (Quick Operation and Operation Time).

3. Push adventure stages as far as you can and use the mercenary chances everyday. Try to get friends with a LR5 DPS Proxyan to help you.

1. 4. Always use your free daily quick operation chances (If you willing to use starbit, can use it tio use all daily quick operation chances).
2. 5. Always use your 5 highest grade Proxyans in Level Sync and level all of them evenly (example Lv. 140 to Lv. 141 for all of them so all of your Proxyans also go to Lv. 141. If one of them still 140, (4 Lv. 141. and 1 Lv. 140), all of you level sync Proxyans are Lv. 140.
3. 6. Try to focus on stats that your Proxyans requires for their Academy Badges.
