First, we sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused by the sudden announcement of the Region Integration delay.
We would like to share the findings confirmed so far regarding the security of your personal information and game data, which many of you have expressed concerns about.
The PC where the security issue was identified has been confirmed to be a separate device that is isolated from the live service development and operational environment for STARSEED: ASNIA TRIGGER.
Immediately after the issue was discovered, we blocked all network access and potential malware entry points to further strengthen security.
We then conducted a comprehensive investigation of server access logs.
According to the results from the server’s dedicated security solutions, no abnormal access logs or risk factors were found.
We also protect your valuable data through encryption to ensure it cannot be tampered with.
Additionally, if any data tampering were to occur, it would result in login issues across the entire service.
Based on this, we have confirmed that it is not possible for only specific data to be selectively altered.
We will continue strengthening monitoring measures to maintain a safer service environment and protect your valuable information while ensuring a stable gameplay experience.
The delayed Region Integration will resume as soon as the final security review is completed.
Detailed scheduling information will be shared through an additional notice as soon as it is finalized.
