Hello, Architects.

We would like to provide an urgent update regarding the Region Integration that was scheduled to take place with the Mar. 5 update.

While proceeding with the Region Integration process, we identified that additional technical review is required to ensure optimal service performance after the integration and to guarantee a complete and secure data migration.

As protecting Architects’ valuable data and providing a stable service environment are our top priorities, we have decided to postpone the Region Integration and maintenance schedule.

Please note that the previously scheduled termination of services on Huawei AppGallery and ONE Store, which was part of the preparatory steps for the integration, will proceed as planned. On all other platforms, the game will remain available as usual.

* Payment services may be temporarily unavailable. We will work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

* For the Custom Raid running from after the maintenance until Mar. 10, 4:30 PM PST / 11:30 PM UTC, ranking rewards will not be distributed.

* Please note that if you delete the currently installed build before the integration is completed, you will not be able to reinstall it. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind to avoid any inconvenience.

(Added) If you have deleted STARSEED: ASNIA TRIGGER, you can reinstall it through the following paths. Please use the methods below until the integration is completed.

▶ Google Play Store: Open Play Store > Select the account icon in the top-right corner > Manage apps & device > Manage tab at the top > Tap [Not installed] under [This device] > Reinstall from the list

▶ App Store: Open the App Store > Select the account icon in the top-right corner > Apps > Not on this iPhone > Reinstall from the list

* When installing Google Play Games for the first time, the game will not be accessible until the integration is completed.

* To ensure stable Region Integration and account transfers, please refrain from creating new accounts in the Japan region until the integration is complete. Creating a new account in the Japan region before the integration may prevent your existing account from being transferred properly or may restrict the transfer.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to Architects who have been waiting for the integration. We will do our best to provide a more stable and reliable integrated service.

Updated details regarding the Region Integration schedule will be announced in a follow-up notice as soon as possible.

In addition, as an apology for the confusion caused by the delay, we will be providing Proxyan Tickets as compensation, as outlined below.

* Rewards will be sent to your Mailbox daily at 4:00 PM PST (5:00 PM PDT) / 12:00 AM UTC and can be claimed until 3:59 PM PST (4:59 PM PDT) / 11:59 PM UTC.
