1. Fixed the Guild Clash Compensation Distribution Error

Regarding the Guild Clash Issue Compensation distributed after the recent maintenance, we discovered that some items were sent in incorrect amounts. As a result, emergency maintenance was conducted to halt distribution and retrieve the affected rewards.

: The incorrectly distributed rewards have now been successfully retrieved. With the emergency maintenance complete, you can now use your Guild Coins and Guild Support Coins as usual.

2. Fixed the issue with season duplication of Custom Raid

: To resolve this issue, the Custom Raid season was reset during the emergency maintenance.

: Since Custom Raid data recorded between Mar. 19, 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM PDT / Mar. 20, 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM UTC has been reset, please double-check your difficulty settings and other options before entering the Custom Raid again.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As compensation, the following rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox and will be available until Mar. 23. Please make sure to claim them before they expire.
