Hello, Architects.

We would like to address an issue related to the Guild Clash content.

First updated in February, Guild Clash is a mode where Guilds compete against each other in battles using the decks they have registered for each season. Since it is not a real-time matchmaking system, each Guild has limited information about the opponent’s deck lineup, as they can only access the data available during the Battle Preparation phase.

As a result, in Round 1 of a season, both Guild A and Guild B can earn victory points simultaneously.

However, while monitoring Guild Clash, we discovered an issue where ally Proxyans were not properly using their ultimate skills, resulting in unfair battles against the registered deck data of opposing Guilds.

We have confirmed that this issue has affected both Season 1 and the ongoing Season 2. We are actively working to resolve it and ensure proper functionality starting from Season 3.

To compensate for any inconvenience you may have experienced, we will be granting the highest Victory Rewards to all players who participated in Guild Clash Season 1 or Season 2.

Additionally, as a token of our apology, we will be providing compensation to all Architects.

1. Guild Clash Previous Season Participants

* Reward 1 (Individual Reward)

- Guild Coin x3,000, Credit (24H) x1, and SR Proxyan Ticket Box (Core Selective) x15

- The rewards will be sent to your Mailbox after the maintenance on Mar. 19 PDT / Mar. 20 UTC. 

* Reward 2 (Guild Reward)

- This reward can be claimed once per Guild.

- Guild Support Coin x500

- The rewards will be applied directly after the maintenance on Mar. 19 PDT / Mar. 20 UTC.

NOTE: Only players who registered a deck for Season 1 or Season 2 are eligible for the compensation rewards mentioned above.

- Example 1: If you participated in both Season 1 and Season 2, you will receive the following rewards: Guild Coin x6,000, Credit (24H) x2, and SR Proxyan Ticket Box (Core Selective) x30.

- Example 2: Guilds that participated in both Season 1 and Season 2 will receive 1,000 Guild Support Coins.

2. All Architects

- Rewards: Plugin Ticket x10 and SSR Proxyan Ticket x1

- Availability: After maintenance on Mar. 19 – Mar. 30, 4:59 PM PDT / After maintenance on Mar. 20 – Mar. 30, 11:59 PM UTC
