[Notice] Current Ongoing Issues (Updated)
Hello, commanders.
This is Tia, the GM of Light of the Stars.
We would like to provide an update on the confirmed issues and improvement plans following the May 30 update. First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We acknowledge that we have previously shown inadequate performance multiple times, and while we are striving to provide better services, we regret that we have failed to meet the speed of content consumption by our commanders and thus have disappointed you once again in our efforts to hasten the preparation of new content.
We understand that repeated apologies may come across as insincere, so we would like to summarize the known issues and share the process of how we plan to address them.

[Hotfix Patch Preparation]
- These issues will be fixed through a patch or maintenance as soon as the preparations are complete.
▶ Guild Boss Damage Rewards
The issue concerning guild boss damage rewards is one of the most pressing topics right now.
As many commanders have pointed out, the adjusted reward amount has been found to be significantly lower compared to the previous rewards. This has seriously diminished the intended value of the guild boss rewards that were meant to provide additional rewards. We have decided to adjust the rewards as follows and will implement the patch once it is ready.
Previous: Assembly Cash based on damage dealt (reduced) + Guild Boss Clear Reward
Improved: Assembly Cash(10) + Assembly Cash based on damage dealt(restored multiplier) + Guild Boss Clear Reward (reduced)
*Please note that the rewards received will still be higher than the original rewards before the initial adjustment.
The Assembly Cash based on damage dealt has been restored to the original multiplier, and the base Assembly Cash has been reinstated at 10 instead of 200. However, the rewards obtained from the treasure chests will be reduced due to the restoration of the rewards based on damage dealt. We are conducting thorough testing to ensure that this adjustment feels more rewarding than before.
*The probability table in the game guide for [Guild Boss] will be updated accordingly.
We apologize once again for the confusion caused by the sudden adjustment without prior notice. We hope that the original intention of providing more rewards will be well reflected through this re-adjustment and that it will provide a positive experience for many commanders.
▶ Guild Boss Reward (Treasure Chest) Issue
Following the May 30 maintenance, we received reports from commanders who received only one Blackstone Crystal as the reward. This was confirmed to be an error where some commanders received the incorrect item set in the reward table. The patch will ensure that the 1 Blackstone Crystal will no longer appear. Commanders who received 1 Blackstone Crystal will be identified, and Void Spells will be sent to them via mail in the near future.
[Additional Known Issues Under Investigation]
These issues have been reported by commanders and are currently under investigation for root cause identification and resolution. We will provide updates through notices once the schedule for fixes is confirmed.

Our operations team is dedicated to accurately and promptly conveying the issues experienced by commanders to the development team.
The Light of the Stars operations team has strived to maintain transparency since the beginning of the service, and we deeply regret and reflect on the fact that changes were made or incorrect notices were issued without prior notification.
As an exception, we are sharing this update during the preparation process to assure commanders and rebuild trust, which is much harder to regain than to establish initially.
We will provide further notices once the hotfix preparations are complete. Whether it is late in the afternoon or early in the morning, we aim to implement the fix as soon as possible so that you can enjoy a seamlessly over the weekend.
