We have classified those who can receive rewards immediately by checking the received information and actual game data, and those who need to meet additional conditions. However, during this process, we found that some individuals have already received the rewards, which caused delays in accurately classifying the recipients.

To all commanders who have been eagerly waiting for a long time, we sincerely apologize once again.

We would like to inform you that the rewards will be distributed as follows by the end of today:

▶ Recipients:
Commanders who have logged in 7 times or more within 10 days after creating their account, as per the event criteria.

▶ Action:
The unclaimed 7 Days of Oath rewards, including SSR Hero Aurora, will be sent via mail all at once.
※ Individuals who have already received all the rewards for the 7 Days of Oath event will be excluded from the recipients.
※ Claim Period: 05/10 KST 15:00 ~ 05/24 23:59 (UTC+9)

▶ Recipients ①:
Individuals who have confirmed 5 consecutive purchases, or those who have made purchases exceeding the event criteria.

▶ Action:
Unclaimed rewards will be sent via mail all at once.
※ Claim Period: 05/10 KST 15:00 ~ 05/24 23:59 (UTC+9)

▶ Recipients ②:
Individuals who have only partially received the event rewards for the Day 5 consecutive purchase and need additional purchases.
▶ Action:
