Hello, commanders!
I'm Tia, the GM of Light of the Stars.
There was an update after the official opening of Light of the Stars.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, although our intention has always been to provide commanders with enjoyable experiences.
However, our operations team is always doing their best to provide a pleasant gaming environment for commanders. We would like to express our gratitude to all the commanders who always trust and support us, and to celebrate the first weekend of May, we have prepared a small login event.
Please refer to the details of the errors confirmed so far and the event below.
【Errors Confirmed So Far】
▶ Some accounts are not smoothly linked under certain conditions.
▷ In some cases, changing the account to official service country (Korea, USA, and Canada) may resolve the issue.
▶ During the progression of some tutorial stages, the screen freezes.
▷ It has been confirmed that moving to the previous stage and manually operating according to the on-screen instructions can prevent this issue.
▶ The Fulfillment of Fate tutorial after clearing Chapter 2 not progressing normally.
▷ If you are experiencing the above issue, please contact customer service for assistance.
▶ displaying abnormal points for specific users in certain server arenas.
▶ Failure to reflect scores above a certain score in the archery game.
▶ Intermittent patch errors for some commanders using iOS devices.
▷ Reinstalling or manually updating through the store will allow you to play Light of the Stars.
▶ New Tarots displaying equipped Tarots information.
▶ Failure to reflect points properly if not ranked in ranking-related events.
▷ This is a display error, and points and rankings are actually being reflected properly.
▶ Some items not appearing in the Guild Shop.
▶ Incorrect display of entry counts for The Lightless Land.
