Before starting the game, we would like to provide guidance on the appropriate use of game to create a healthy gaming environment.

We aim to ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience for our commanders in Light of the Stars by strictly addressing situations that may threaten the safety of accounts, such as the use of illegal programs or abuse, account trading, and store refunds.

We kindly ask for the cooperation of many commanders, and please find detailed information below:

• ◆ Use of Illegal and Unauthorized Programs
  Action: Permanent Ban

Criteria:
1. Using any software or hardware (e.g., speed hacks, memory hacks, multi-loaders, macro programs, hacking programs, VPN connection programs) that the company has not provided or approved.
2. Maliciously using applications or programs not provided by the company to harm the game environment.
3. Attempting to modify or hack the game application to cause confusion or gain unfair advantages.
4. Using tampered or manipulated game applications for abnormal registration, access, or usage that may cause network instability or disrupt the game environment.
5. Using unauthorized programs to earn profit individually or collectively through multiple IDs.
6. Using programs that infringe on the company's program copyrights by altering/damaging/forging game data or programs.
7. Clearly identified attempts or usage of unauthorized programs through system log analysis.
8. Using unofficial programs outside of the game applications provided by the company.
9. Repeated abnormal play patterns resembling unauthorized program usage or attempts.

- Please download the game officially from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store when installing the game.
- When using a PC app player, please be cautious not to use programs unrelated to the game.

◆Trading Account
Action: Confiscation and Deduction of Unfair Gains (Paid/Free goods, items, experience points)

First Offense: 30-day Game Access Restriction
Second Offense: Permanent Game Access Restriction

Criteria:
1. Transferring or attempting to transfer accounts to others.

- Please note that we cannot assist with damages caused by account transfers or trades.

◆Abuse of Payment Cancellation/Refund
Action: Permanent Game Access Restriction

- Refunding directly through the store without contacting customer center makes it difficult for us to retrieve refunded items.

If you wish to report users suspected of violating operational policies, please submit through customer center.
