Detailed Information on Paid Ruby Refunds for SealM SEA

 

Hello, this is the SealM Team.

 

Following the termination of SealM SEA service, Adventurers may apply for a refund

for any remaining Paid Ruby held in their account as of the time of service termination.

 

However, for Adventurers who used SealM SEA and applied to transfer Ruby to SealM on CROSS, or who

received transferred Ruby in SealM on CROSS, such Ruby will be excluded from the refund eligibility.

 

Adventurers who wish to request a refund for Paid Ruby must carefully

review the information below before submitting an application.

 

 

1. Paid Ruby Refund for SealM SEA Application Period

 

⯌ March 19, 2026 – May 19, 2026 23:59 (UTC)

   ▸ Paid Ruby refund requests will only be processed if submitted through the 1:1 Customer Support Center within the application period.

   ▸ Refund requests submitted after the application period ends will not be processed.

 

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are available for Paid Ruby remaining in the account as of the time of SealM SEA service termination.

 

However, the final refund eligibility and refundable amount will be determined based on the account information, payment information, remaining Paid Ruby records, and Ruby transfer status held by the company.

※ If transferred Ruby has been received in SealM on CROSS, it will not be eligible for refund even if it has not been used.

 

 

 

3. Refund Exclusions

 

Paid Ruby refunds for SealM and Ruby transfers to SealM on CROSS cannot be applied at the same time.

 

Accounts that have applied for Ruby transfer, or accounts that have received transferred

Ruby in SealM on CROSS, are not eligible to receive a refund for the corresponding Ruby.

 

Likewise, Paid Ruby for which a refund application has been

completed cannot be transferred to SealM on CROSS.

 

This standard is in place to prevent both a refund and transfer from being applied to the same paid currency.

 

 

 

4. Notes on Ruby Transfer and Refunds

 

Paid Ruby refunds for SealM and Ruby transfers to SealM on CROSS cannot be applied at the same time.

 

⯌ Accounts that have applied for Ruby transfer are excluded from refund eligibility.

⯌ If transferred Ruby has been received in SealM on CROSS, the corresponding Ruby is excluded from refund eligibility.

⯌ Even if transferred Ruby has not been used in SealM on CROSS, it cannot be refunded.

⯌ Paid Ruby for which a refund has already been requested cannot be transferred to SealM on CROSS.

⯌ This standard is in place to prevent both a refund and transfer from being applied to the same paid currency.

 

 

 

5. How to Apply for a Refund

 

⯌ To request a refund, please submit an inquiry through the 1:1 Customer Support Center within the application period and include the following information:

 

   ▸ Server
   ▸ CS CODE
   ▸ Payment Store
   ▸ Payment receipt or order number
   ▸ Name in English
   ▸ Current residential address
   ▸ Phone number
   ▸ Email address
   ▸ Bank account number for receiving the refund
   ▸ Bank branch name
   ▸ Bank Swift Code

 

Submitted inquiries will be reviewed in order, and additional documents may be requested if verification of account or payment information is required.

 

 

 

6. Additional Notes

 

⯌ Refund processing methods may vary depending on each payment platform and store policy.

⯌ For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, each platform’s refund policy may take precedence.

⯌ If the submitted information is inaccurate or difficult to verify, refund processing may be delayed or restricted.

⯌ It may take a certain amount of time for the refund to be completed after the refund application is submitted.

⯌ If there are any changes to the refund criteria or procedure, additional information will be provided through the official community.

⯌ Refund processing may take some time depending on the number of requests received, payment platform, payment method, country, and region.

⯌ Refunds will be processed in accordance with Appendix C: Service Transition Processing of the Privacy Policy.
