We have confirmed an issue where the game may remain on a black loading screen when attempting to log in.
Adventurers who are already connected to the game are currently able to continue playing normally.
However, logging out may prevent you from accessing the game again while the issue persists.
The issue is currently under investigation, and a fix is scheduled to be applied during today’s maintenance.
Until the issue is resolved, we recommend Adventurers who are currently in the game avoid logging out.
As an apology for the inconvenience Adventurers have experienced, we are currently preparing compensation.
