5/9 Server Connection Instability Issue
Greetings, Adventurers.
We have confirmed that some servers are currently experiencing ongoing connection instability issues.
Progress Update
The development team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating both the cause and the appropriate solution. We will continue monitoring the situation closely and apply fixes until the issue has been fully stabilized.
In addition, during the investigation process, we identified certain abnormal activities that may be related to the server instability. To help stabilize the service environment, temporary measures and additional reviews are also being carried out on the related accounts.
If there are any additional updates, we will provide further information promptly through a separate notice. In addition, we are preparing compensation as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience caused.
