Guidance for Cross Ramp Errors

 

Greetings, Adventurers.
 

If you encounter errors while performing token minting or burning through
Cross Ramp on Windows, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
 

These actions have been confirmed to resolve most known issues.

 

 

 

1. When multiple Ramp pages are open
   ✦ If two or more Ramp pages are running simultaneously, errors may occur.
      ▸ Close all additional pages and keep only one Ramp page open, then try again.
      ▸ Burning should proceed normally after this step.

 

2. When only one Ramp page is open but the error persists
   ✦ Even with a single page open, the issue may still occur due to session or loading inconsistencies.
      ▸ Press F5 to refresh the page.
      ▸ After refreshing, try the process again.
      ▸ Burning should proceed normally.

 

3. When a “Load Fail” message appears after refreshing (F5)
   ✦ If a load failure message is displayed within the browser after refreshing:
      ▸ Close the browser completely.
      ▸ Re-launch Cross Ramp directly from within the game client.
      ▸ Retry the process.
      ▸ Burning should proceed normally.

 

 

These steps are recommended for both token minting and burning processes when errors occur.
