Due to the service conclusion, please note the following regarding the migration and refund of Paid Ruby remaining in your account to Seal M on CROSS.

  Paid Ruby Migration to Seal M on CROSS

   ✦ The migration applies to Paid Rubies purchased through the store that remain in your account as of the Seal M service termination date. The following items are not eligible for migration to Seal M on CROSS.

      ▸ Paid Ruby that have already been used.

      ▸ Ruby obtained for free.

      ▸ Ruby granted through events, campaigns, or similar promotions

      ▸ Accounts that have submitted a refund request

      ▸ Accounts that have been sanctioned for violations of operational policies.

      ▸ The final amount of Paid Ruby eligible for migration will be determined based on server data records at  the time of service conclusion.

      ※ Detailed information regarding the migration schedule and Paid Ruby refunds will be provided in a separate notice at a later date.

  Refund Procedure by Platform

   ✦ Apple App Store

      ▸ Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's refund policy.

      ▸ Please submit your refund request directly through Apple's refund request page.

      ▸ Approval and payment of refunds are determined in accordance with Apple's policies, and we do not have the authority to make decisions regarding these refunds.
      ▸ Apple Support Center

   ✦ Google Play Store

      ▸ Purchases made through Google Play Store are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

      ▸ Refund requests can be submitted through the Google Customer Support Center.
      ▸ Depending on the purchase date, payment method, and Google's policy, the refund procedure may vary.

      ▸ Approval and payment of refunds will be determined based on Google's policies and review results.

  Paid Ruby Refund Request Period

   ✦ March 19, 2026 - May 19, 2026, 23:59 (UTC)

      ▸ Accounts that have submitted a Ruby migration request will be excluded from refund eligibility.

      ▸ Accounts sanctioned for violations of operational policies will be excluded from refund eligibility.

      ▸ Refunds for Paid Ruby will be processed only for requests submitted through the 1:1 Customer Support Center during the application period.

      ▸ Refund requests submitted after the application period ends will not be accepted.
      ▸ If Migration Ruby has been received in SealM on CROSS, it will be excluded from the refund regardless of whether it has been used or not.

      ※ Detailed information regarding Paid Ruby refunds will be provided in a separated notice at a later date.

      ▸ Schedules and details may be adjusted according to internal policies. Any changes will be announced through an official notice.

      ▸ Refund procedures and payment periods may vary depending on the laws and regulations of the user's country or region of residence.

      ▸ If a platform's policy takes precedence, the policy of that platform will apply.

      ▸ If false or inaccurate information is submitted, disadvantages may occur, and we shall not be responsible for such cases.
